This second appeal has been filed against judgment and decree dated 31.10.2022 passed by the IInd District Judge, Hata, Distt. Damoh in Regular Civil Appeal No.11/19.

Learned counsel for appellant filed IA No.17222/2025, an application for withdrawal of the appeal.

Considering the averments mentioned in the application, IA No.17222 of 2025 is allowed and accordingly the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Considering the request made by learned counsel for appellant, the Court fee be refunded to him.
