The appellant and the respondent are personally present and they are identified by their respective counsel.

Counsel for the parties jointly submit that the present matter is compromise between the parties. The parties who are personally present in Lok Adalat, do not dispute this fact.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been convicted under Section 138 of N.I. Act and has been sentenced to undergo S.I. for one year and under Section 357(3) of IPC with default stipulations.

Thus, in view of compromise arrived between the parties, present revision is

allowed. The judgment of appellate Court conviction and sentence of the appellant is hereby set aside.

The CRR is disposed of in terms of the compromise.
