                                                                      ORDER

This M.Cr.C. filed challenging the order dtd. 24.05.2017 passed by learned 1st Additional District Judge, Jatara, District Tikamgarh whereby revision filed by the petitioner against the judgment dtd. 17.10.2024 has been dismissed on ground of inordinate delay of 1 year 2 months for filing the revision.

2. It is mentioned that no proper explanation is given for such delay.

3. There is no stay on the proceedings of the trial Court and therefore,

the petition is rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed off as rendered infructuous.
