By way of the instant petitioner has challenged the charges so framed by the Sessions Judge, Satna in R.C.T. No.1542 of 2018, vide order dated 1.8.2019.

It is informed by Shri Yogendra Das Yadav, learned Government Advocate that the petitioner has been acquitted by learned trial court, vide judgment dated 16.8.2023.

In view of the statement made by Yogendra Das Yadav, learned Govt.

Adv. nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant M.Cr.C. Therefore, the same is disposed as having rendered infructuous.
