Per: Justice Vivek Agarwal The applicant has filed the present criminal revision being aggrieved by the order dated 11.05.2022 in S.T.No. 570/2020 by the 17th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhopal.

During pendency of this revision, the main S.T.No.570/2020 has been finally decided by judgment dated 23.10.2020 whereby the applicant has been acquitted. Hence, nothing remains in the matter to be decided and the

same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this criminal revision is disposed of as infructuous.
