                                                              ORDER

Per : Justice Vivek Rusia Both the MCCs. have been filed seeking modification / correction of the order / judgment dated 16.06.2025 passed by this Court in F.A. Nos.240 of 2017 & 455 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the order dated 16.06.2025 in the table quoted in paragraph-7, lands of these applicants (respondents therein) have not been mentioned. Hence, the order be modified to that extent.

The details of acquired land of the applicants are as under:

17 Anr. v/s Ramesh Chandra & Anr.

The mistake is apparent on the face of record and the same has not been disputed by Shri Romesh Dave, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Accordingly, both the MCCs. stand allowed and the aforesaid table is hereby included in the table quoted at paragraph - 7 of the common order dated 16.06.2025 passed in the bunch of first appeals.

The present order shall be read conjointly with the order dated 16.06.2025.

Let a copy of this order be kept in the connected MCC also.
