                                  Appellant impugns judgment and decree dated 20.12.2024 whereby
                           the application under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by
                           the respondent has been allowed and a decree of divorce passed.

It is contended that there is an apprehension the respondent may solemnize a second marriage.

In view of the above, the respondent is restrained from solemnizing a second marriage till the next date of hearing.
