Issue notice to the respondents on payment of process fee within seven working days by RAD mode, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed
without further reference to the Court.
Heard on the question of interim relief. Considering the judgment passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Kumari Madhuri Patil and another vs. Addl. Commissioner, Tribal Development and others, reported in (1994) 6 SCC 241 , with reference to sub clause 12 of Para 13, as the matter is pending before the High Power Caste Scrutiny Committee for verification of the caste certificate of the petitioner, no proceedings could have been initiated by the authorities.
Under these circumstances, further proceedings with regard to issuance of charge sheet dated 13.1.2025 (Annexure-P/18) are directed to be stayed till the
next date of hearing.
List after four weeks.
