Heard on I.A. No.19513/2025, an application for modification of an order dt. 6/8/2025.

This application is filed seeking correction of typographical error in the order

dated 6.8.2025 whereby in para-2 instead of writing name of the court as Special Judge (Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act) Panna, district Panna, it is wrongly mentioned as Rewa, district Rewa. This error is sought to be corrected.

We have verified it from the record. We find that there is an error apparent on the face of record. Error being typographical in as much as impugned judgment itself makes mention of it being passed by learned Special Judge, (Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act) Panna, district Panna, the aforesaid typographical error is corrected.

It is directed that in place of "Rewa" it be read as "Panna". Other terms and conditions of the order shall remain the same.

With the aforesaid correction, I.A. No. IA No.19513/2025 is disposed of.
