of the appellant - Santosh for grant of bail and suspension of remaining jail sentence.
02. Appellant has been convicted vide judgment dated 15.12.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act), District Indore in Special Case No.45/2022 for offence punishable under Sections 5(m)/6 of the POCSO Act and sentenced to undergo RI for 20 years and under Section 342 of the IPC and sentenced to undergo RI for one year with fine and default stipulation.
03. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the appellant seeks
permission to withdraw the application for suspension of sentence.
Accordingly, I.A.No.19276/2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
