Counsel for the petitioner submits that issue involved in the present case is squarely covered by the judgment passed by co-ordinate Bench on 16.4.2024 in W.P.No. 20345/2021 (Dilip Goud Vs. State of Madhya Pradesh and others).

Counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid contentions. In view of aforesaid, the present petition is allowed. The order passed in the case of Dilip Goud (supra) shall apply mutatis mutandis in the present case also. All the benefits which had been given to the teaching staff be also given to the petitioner. Let the aforesaid exercise be completed within a period of 90

days from the date of communication of the order passed today.
