Heard on I.A.No.9687 of 2024, an application for extension of time for paper publication.

After due consideration, the same is allowed. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he has paid the process fees. Therefore, office be directed to issue notice as per order dated 12.02.2024.

Also heard on I.A.No.557 of 2024, an application for vacating stay. Perusal of order dated 23.04.2018 reveals that this Court directed to maintain status-quo as on today till the next date of hearing. Perusal of impugned judgment dated 27.11.2017 reveals that plaintiffs suit was dismissed and defendant's counter claim was decreed and defendant was declared owner

of suit property. Further, Court directed plaintiffs to handover possession of disputed land.

In view of para-35-B of impugned award, parties are directed to maintain status-quo with respect to possession of disputed/suit property till the next date of hearing.

I.A.No.557 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly. List after ensuing summer vacation.
