Counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that his case is squarely covered by judgment passed by Apex Court in case of Smita Shrivastava Vs. State of M.P. and others. It is submitted that petitioner was also successful in

Samvida Shala Shikshak Grade-III examination, but despite being successful petitioner was not given appointment.

Petitioner has shown results of Guruji Second Test 2009. Whether Guruji Test Result 2008 was conducted for appointment on post of Samvida Shala Shikshak is not clear from the documents.

Petitioner is directed to clarify the position. List the matter in the next week.
