The appeal is admitted on following substantial question of law:-
1. Whether, the First Appellate Court has fallen in error in reversing the judgment and decree of the Trial Court without any cogent reason ?
2. Whether, the First Appellate Court has erred in decreeing the suit of respondents/plaintiffs even without proof of Will in favour of the plaintiffs.
3. Whether, the First Appellate Court has grossly erred in not holding the partition between the parties ?
Meanwhile, the parties are directed to maintain status quo regarding the disputed property till next date of hearing.
