Heard on I.A.No194 of 2022, an application under Order 41 Rule 5 CPC.

Learned counsel for the respondents has opposed the I.A. Subject to furnishing appropriate security along with undertaking to the satisfaction of the trial Court and condition to be fixed by trial Court effect and operation of impugned judgment and decree shall remain stayed till disposal of present appeal. Appellants shall file undertaking before trial Court to the effect that in case, they do not succeed, then, they will comply impugned judgment and decree within six months.

It is also urged that till disposal of present appeal, both the parties shall maintain status quo with respect to suit property.

Aforesaid I.A. is disposed of accordingly. List the matter for final hearing in due course.
