A request letter is received from the First Civil Judge, Junior Division, Rewa through Principal District & Sessions Judge, Rewa for grant of further time to execute the judgment and decree dated 9.4.2002 passed in Civil Suit

no.120-A/96 of 2006.

This Court by order dated 17.11.2022 disposed of the present petition with direction to the executing court to execute the decree passed in Civil Suit No.120-A/96 of 2006 dated 9.4.2002 within a period of six months after following the necessary directions issued by civil court.

Considering the reasons assigned in request letter which is listed as PUD, further three months' time is granted for execution of the decree in compliance of order dated 17.11.2022.

The decree be executed within three months from today.

Office is directed to communicate the decision taken by this Court on PUD.

With the aforesaid, the PUD is disposed of. Record be consigned to the record room.
