Learned counsel for respondent submits that arguing counsel is not available to argue the matter and adjustment note has been filed by him.

Counsel for the applicant filed an application i.e. IA No.7287 of 2024 for staying the proceedings pending before the trial Court.

F ro m perusal of the aforesaid, it reveals that case is fixed for final argument, therefore, it is directed that till the next date of hearing, trial Court shall not pass any judgment without leave of this Court.

Counsel for the respondent is directed to file reply of all the pending IAs on the next date of hearing.

List the matter after two weeks.
