Heard on I.A. No.1535/2023 in which a prayer has been made to correct

the name of respondent No.1.

Counsel for appellant has no objection in allowing the application under consideration. Hence, the same is allowed and it is directed that in the judgment delivered in F.A. No.5/2012 on 09.08.2018, in the cause title name of "respondent No.1 - Ram Kishore Rawat" now be read as "respondent No.1- Kishore Rawat".

The rest part of the aforesaid judgment shall remain operative and this order shall be read conjointly with the aforesaid judgment dated 09.08.2018.

With the aforesaid modification, the application is allowed and disposed

of.
