Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there is compromise between the applicant and complainant. Cheque amount as well as compensation amount has been paid. He is ready to deposit 15% of the cheque

amount to the M.P. State Legal Service Authority, Jabalpur as per judgment of the Apex Court.

In view of same, applicant is directed to deposit 15% of the cheque amount before M.P. State Legal Service Authority and receipt of same be filed in the case.

List the matter after a week.
