The appeal is admitted on following substantial question of law:-
1. Whether, the First Appellate Court has fallen in error in reversing the judgment and decree of the Trial Court ?
2. Whether, the sale deed executed in favour of respondent No.17
- Manoj Jain is null and void as the seller has no right to sale the disputed property ?
3. Whether, the Trial Court has erred in not declaring the sale deed dated 25/05/2009 executed in favour of Ramcharan Singh Jaat as null and void ?
4. Whether, the suit filed by the appellant deserves to be decreed in toto ?
List this case for final hearing in due course. Meanwhile, the parties are directed to maintain status quo regarding the suit property till next date of hearing.
