Taking into account the circumstances of the case, it is directed that meanwhile the trial Court shall not pronounce final judgment in the case (C.S.no.977-A/2022) without leave of this Court.

It is observed that description of applicant is mentioned in the cause title as Ramkumar Soni (Adhivakta).The applicant has filed instant revision in individual capacity and not in legal capacity. Therefore, applicant is directed to correct the cause title and delete the term 'Adhivakta' from description of applicant in cause title.
