substantial questions of law:
"1. Whether learned trial Court committed error of law while rejecting an application under Order 7 Rule 14 CPC dated 23.11.2022 and not taking documents on record?
2. Whether the First Appellate Court erred in reversing finding given by the learned trial Court with regard to survey No.3144 in absence of any cross objection or cross appeal by the respondents?
3. Whether the judgment and decree passed by court below are vulnerable on facts and law?"
Issue notice to the respondents by both the modes i.e. RAD as well as ordinary on payment of process fee within seven working days.
