The counsel for the parties submit that the parties have entered into amicable settlement and therefore, the matter be compounded.

The parties are directed to appear before Registrar Judicial II for the purpose of recording of their statements and verification of their compromise on 6.3.2024.

Till next date of hearing, the trial Court shall proceed with the trial but shall not pronounce the final judgment.
