As regards I.A. No.13789/2023, it is directed as an interim measure that

no coercive steps shall be taken against appellant/husband pursuant to impugned judgment and decree dated 27.07.2023 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Jabalpur in RCSHM No.300525/2017.
