"1. Whether the first appellate Court has erred in law and facts in arriving at conclusion that the suit property is ancestral property?
2. Whether the first appellate Court has erred in law in reversing the judgment and decree of the trial Court passed in RCSA No. 1100063/2006 (Mahendra Kumar vs Ramswaroop and others?"
Issue notice to the respondents along with memo of appeal, annexed documents, I.A. No.3778/2023 and copy of substantial questions of law formulated by this Court on payment of process fee within seven working days.
Notice be made returnable within four weeks. Parties are restrained from alienating the suit property till next date of
hearing.
