                                   Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in view of the inaction on
                          behalf of the respondent in not awarding additional increment on first of the

month in view of the judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.2471/2023 titled The Director (Admn. and HR KPTCL and Ors.) Vs. C.P.

Mundinamani & Ors, the cause of action is recurring one and delay in filing the contempt petition is not attracted in view of Article 215 of the Constitution of India.

Issue notice to the respondent on payment of process fee within seven working days by RAD mode.

Notice be made returnable within four weeks.
