                                  Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the benefit of additional
                          increment was given to the petitioner in view of the judgment of Hon'ble Apex
                          Court in Civil Appeal No.2471/2023 titled The Director (Admn. and HR
                          KPTCL and Ors.) Vs. C.P. Mundinamani & Ors and petitioner was not to be

                          compelled to re-vist the Court. Despite lapse of more one year needful has not
                          been done.
                                  Issue notices to the respondents on payment of process fee within seven

working days by RAD mode.
