Heard on I.A. No. 16457/2023, for suspension of sentence. During the course of hearing on more than one occasion, learned counsel

for the appellant apprised the court that appellant is in custody from 30.03.2020 continuously. However, the said statement was found to be incorrect in the light of the findings given by the Court below in paragraph 76 of the judgment.

For misrepresentation alone, we deem it proper to dismiss this application.

Accordingly, I.A. No. 16457/2023 is dismissed.
