Heard on I.A.No.9022/2023, which is an application for injunction under Section 151 of CPC.

Counsel for the respondent opposes the application and prays for its

rejection by submitting that it is a money decree and the same cannot be stayed.

Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that till the next date of hearing, the execution (if any, filed before the trial Court) of the impugned judgment and decree dated 04/10/2023 shall remain stayed.

Respondent is duly represented through caveat, therefore, there is no need to issue notice separately.

Let record of the trial Court be requisitioned. List after four weeks.
