Learned counsel for the appellant has drawn the attention of the Court to the pending application I.A.No. 5675/2019 and submitted that he has filed reply to the same, hence the same be decided.

Respondent has filed this application stating that the judgment and decree was passed on 30.01.2016 and since then, the appellant/tenant has not deposited the rent. As per the reply, it is stated that the appellant has deposited rent amount of 180 months and he has filed a receipt of Rs. 300/- deposited before the District Court Neemuch on 02.01.2018. It is further stated that the appellate Court had not granted decree of eviction sought by the respondent under Section 12(1)(a) of the Accommodation Control Act.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant on I.A.No. 5675/2019. I.A.No. 5675/2019, being devoid of merits, stands dismissed.
