Since no one is appearing on behalf of respondent, therefore, heard learned counsel for the appellant on aforesaid interlocutory application.

Considering the facts and circumstances, it is directed parties shall maintain status quo regarding possession of suit property but defendant shall continue to pay rent and arrears as directed by the trial Court in paragraph 32 of the impugned judgment.
