In view of judgments passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court on
28.11.2022 in FA. No.995/2022 (Mr. Nilendra Singh Pawar vs. Dr. Smt.
Deepti Pawar) and Single Bench of Madras High Court on 23.04.2013 in CRP
(PD) No.1765/2010 & M.P. No.1 of 2010 & other connected matters (P.T.
Lakshman Kumar vs. Mrs. Bhavani), this Court for the time being ignores
the objection regarding maintainability of this appeal raised by Registry of this
Court.
However, said question is left open for the respondent to argue at any
subsequent point of time.
I.A. No.1616/2024 for condonation of delay of 36 days in filing this appeal is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.
Delay of 36 days in filing this appeal stands condoned. Issue notice to the respondent on payment of P.F. within seven working
days, failing which this appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
