                                                                     ORDER

This Civil Revision is preferred challenging the legality of order dated 04.05.2024 (Annexure P/8) in First Appeal preferred challenging the judgment and decree of Second Civil Judge Class-II,Dewas in RCS A -14/2015 dated 31.07.2019 whereby an application under 5 of Limitation Act, 1963 has been disallowed and consequently Appeal has also been dismissed.

2. When asked for arguing on the question of maintainability then counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of Civil Revision with liberty to file duly constituted Second Appeal.

Prayer is allowed.

With the aforesaid liberty, Civil Revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
