Learned counsel for the petitioner presses for allowing the present petition without notice to the respondents on the ground that he already stands classified by order (Annexure P-2) and therefore, he is entitled for

salary in terms of judgment of Hon'ble Apex court in the case of Ram Naresh Rawat v. Ashwini Ray, (2017) 3 SCC 436.

From perusal of the order (Annexure P-2) it appears that it is not an order of classification but it is only an order of conferral of benefits of Isthaikarmi policy dated 07.10.2016. Thus, the reply of the respondents is necessary.

Issue notice to the respondents on paymnet of process fees within seven days, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
