                                 The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not

giving the appointment to the petitioner on the post of Pradhamik Shikshak at government school as per the policy prevalent at the time of death of father

of the petitioner. In support of his submissions he has placed reliance on a judgment passed by the Supreme Court in the case of State of MP Vs. Ashish Awasthy (2022) 2 SCC 157.

Considering the aforesaid submissions issue notice to the respondents on payment of PF within seven working days by registered a.d. with due acknowledgement returnable within four weeks.
