The present petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS against the order dated 21.06.2024 passed by JMJF Mahidpur District Ujjain in CRR No.06/2024, whereby, the application filed by the applicant under section
195 and 340 of Cr.P.C has been rejected.
It is argued that the respondent has intentionally suppressed the information in column no.cha (5) of the format prescribed as per the judgment passed in the case of Rajnish Vs. Neha.
On payment of PF within three working days, Dasti notice be made and handed over to the counsel for the applicant to serve respondent no.2 either personally or through counsel who is representing him in the pending proceedings before the Magistrate.
He will file a copy of the service report of respondent No. 2
List immediately after the service report of respondent no.2.
