Heard on I.A. No.4239/2024 , this is seventh application under Section 389 of CrPC for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the appellant Brajesh

Dhanuk.

The appellant has been convicted under Sections 363, 302 of IPC and sentenced to undergo seven years RI with fine of Rs.1,000/- and life imprisonment with fine of Rs.2,000/- with default stipulations respectively vide judgment of conviction and sentence dated 29.04.2016 passed by First Additional Sessions Judge, Sheopur District Sheopur in Sessions Trial No.90/2014.

Sixth application of appellant for suspension of sentence was dismissed as withdrawn on 22.08.2023. As per health status report of the appellant also, his condition is sound.

Accordingly, I.A. No.4239/2024 is dismissed for want of prosecution.
