                                   Heard on I.A.No.1837/2023 an application for considering the
                           amendment already inserted in the cause title of appeal memo.

                                   Learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the trial, respondent

no.4 and 6 passed away and in the cause title of the trial Court judgment the legal heirs are not impleaded as party. In this appeal the legal heirs are already brought on record. Hence, he has moved the aforesaid IA.

On due consideration, I.A.No.1837/2023 is allowed. Issue notice to the respondents on payment of process fee within seven working days returnable within 12 weeks.
