I.A. Nos.12793 and 5923 of 2023 are the applications filed by the

respondents seeking to vacate the interim order dated 27.06.2022 passed by this Court. In terms whereof, an interim order was granted staying the order dated 16.03.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge.

The instant applications have been filed on the ground that in similar matter the High Court of Bombay at Nagpur Bench has taken a view and the same requires to be followed by this Court.

Firstly, we are of the view that the said judgment will not be binding on us. Even otherwise, that does not constitute any ground to vacate the interim stay. Even by order dated 12.01.2023, I.A. No. 15575 of 2022, application for

vacating stay was dismissed as withdrawn.

Hence, for all these reasons, we do not find any ground to vacate the stay order dated 27.06.2022. Accordingly, I.A. Nos. 12793 and 5923 of 2023 are rejected.
