Annx.P/3 is the deposition of the prosecutrix. Learned Court of Special Judge POCSO Act, Betul, Ms. Rekha R. Chandrawanshi, has mentioned name of the prosecutrix in the deposition sheet

so also name of her father and address which is against the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Nipun Saxena and another Vs. Union of India and others [(2019) 2 SCC 703].

Let action be taken against the concerned Special Judge for not following the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and mentioning name of prosecutrix and disclosing her identity.

It is a serious matter.

Despite repeating training programme at the M.P. State Judicial Academy, such practices are not being discontinued which reveals that participants are not

taking interest in the deliberations which take place in M.P. State Judicial Academy and also are not reading the case laws to update themselves.

Let file be placed before Hon'ble the Chief Justice for taking disciplinary action against Ms. Rekha R. Chadrawanshi, Special Judge, POCSO Act, Betul (M.P.).
