IA No.5060/2022 is an application for stay but wrongly mentioned in the cause list as application for setting-aside the abatement. Similarly, the case is

listed for admission but was admitted on 15/06/2022.

Registry is directed to correct the said mistake accordingly. Heard on IA No.5060/2022, an application under Order XLI Rule 5 of CPC for stay.

Let 100% amount as per the judgment dated 22/12/2021 passed in Regular Civil Suit No.2B/2013 be deposited which shall not be disbursed without leave of this Court.

Let the amount be deposited in the trial Court within four weeks and the amount, so deposited, shall be kept in FDR of a Nationalized Bank fetching

interest regularly.

Accordingly, IA No.5060/2022 stands disposed of. List the case after four weeks.
