He is also heard on IA No. 14948 of 2023 for stay. Learned counsel for the petitioner placed reliance on a judgment of Supreme Court in the case of State Bank of India vs. KM. Chandra Govindji ) passed in C.S. No. 6287 of 2000 arising out of SLP (C) No.11758 of 1999).

Considering the aforesaid and subject to hearing the other side, till the next date of hearing, further proceeding of RCSA No.1000021 of 2013 shall remain stayed.
