                                   "Whether lower appellate court has erred in law in
                                   reversing the judgment and decree of civil court even
                                   when there is an admission on part of defendant No.1 in
                                   para 8 of his cross-examination regarding suit property
                                   being ancestral property"
                                  Issue notice to the respondents by RAD mode on payment of P.F. within

seven working days.
