Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that one of the arguments of the petitioners was based on the judgment of Supreme Court in Ram Naresh

Rawat. Recently the judgment of Ram Naresh Rawat is referred to a Larger Bench and awaiting the said decision, the matter may be adjourned.

The prayer is allowed.

The matters are adjourned sine die with the liberty to mention the matters after the decision of the Larger Bench.
