In view of the facts and circumstances and the evidence disclosed in the impugned judgments passed by the trial Court and appellate Court, I deem it proper to stay the operation of the impugned judgment dated 12.07.2023 passed by the appellate Court till the receipt of the record of the appellate Court and the trial Court.
