                                                                1
IN THE HIGH COURT OF MADHYA PRADESH
                                                     AT JABALPUR
                                                        WP No. 28525 of 2023
(SMT. GAYATRI BAI Vs SMT. GULAB BAI)

                           Dated : 28-11-2023
Shri Santosh Kumar Pathak - Advocate for petitioner.

The present petition has been filed challenging the mutation order passed
in favour of respondents no.1 to 3.

As per Para 5.9 of the petition, the respondent no.1 has been declared a sole legal heir of the deceased- husband of the petitioner. As there is finding of

the Civil Court that respondent No.1 is the sole legal heir of deceased Laxmi Narayan Dubey (alleged husband of the petitioner No.1 and alleged father of petitioner No.2), no fault can be found in the order Annexure P-10.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted one week's time to seek instruction whether any appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 30.07.2015 passed by the Civil Court.

List after four weeks.
