Considering the fact that present applicant is a soldier in Indian Army and the complainant earlier also, had lodged report against some other persons at Crime no. 50/2018, which has resulted in acquittal vide judgment dated 04/09/2019, wherein the prosecutrix had not supported the case; a copy of which has also been placed on record, it is directed that till the next date of hearing, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant.
