                          the following:
                                                           ORDER

T his petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking Signature Not Verified Signed by: SUNEEL DUBEY Signing time: 17-May-23 1:09:02 PM

quashment of FIR bearing Crime No.676/2016 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Morena for the offence punishable under Sections 327, 323, 506, 34 of IPC and all the consequential proceedings arising out of the said Crime Number.

A s per the status report, the impugned proceedings stands concluded vide judgment dated 14/02/2023 delivered by JMFC, Morena, District Morena (M.P.) in RCT No.2128/2016.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in this petition to address upon and the same is hereby dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
