                                This revision coming on for conciliation this day, the Bench passed the

                          following:
                                                               ORDER

Parties have entered into compromise and compromise application is supported by an affidavit of the parties.

W e have gone through the compromise application. Offence under Section 138 of N.I. Act is compoundable under Section 147 of the NI Act, 1881. As parties have settled their dispute and furnished the compromise application on free will without any duress, the same is allowed. judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 14.7.2022 passed in Criminal Appeal No.111/2022 (Smt. Archana Shrivastava Vs. Sunita Kumari) affirming the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 8.2.2022 passed by Smt. Premlata Borana, JMFC, Bhopal in Criminal Case No.7946/2017 (Sunita Kumari Vs. Smt. Archana Shrivastava) is quashed and judgment of conviction and sentence passed by the Courts below are set aside.

Accordingly, this revision stands allowed and disposed of in Lok Adalat. Complainant is entitled for refund of court fees.
