T his petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashment of FIR bearing Crime No.73/2014 registered at Police Station Matabasaiya, District Morena (M.P.) for the offencespunishable under Sections 34(2) and 47K of M.P. Excise Act and all the consequential proceedings arising out of the said crime number pending before the trial court.
